This treatment reduces overall stress and pain felt in the body while enhancing function and rhythm of the cranial-sacral and physiological system. 


Clothes are left on during this treatment. Cranial Sacral Therapy stimulates the craniosacral system with the placement of soft hand touch.


Soft-touch techniques stimulate the cerebral spinal fluid, and these techniques are used to help release those restrictions in the central nervous system, in any tissue, organ, and joints/bone structures. 

The craniosacral system has an impact on our central nervous system as it involves the brain, spinal cord, and the body's ability to function properly. The light touch evaluates the craniosacral system by gently feeling various areas of the body to measure the ease of motion and rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid pulsing around the brain and spinal cord. The physiological system can be properly supported when the functions of the craniosacral system are enhanced. Thereby, Cranial Sacral Therapy helps a distorted craniosacral system by releasing emotional stresses, and it alleviates physical strains, chronic pains, and neurological impairments caused by head concussions and tightened body's tissues.

    Francesca Ciani is a Professional Massage Therapist in New Hampshire. She is a 2006 graduate from The Scherer Institute of Natural Healing in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and licensed as a Massage Therapist in New Hampshire as well. She is further trained and certified for Medical Massage, Cupping Massage, Lymphatic Massage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Tui Na Massage and Energy Bodywork, and Instructor for Therapeutic Qigong Exercise. Francesca is also an intuitive bodyworker that is committed to the well being of her clients. She is further certified for Cranial Sacral therapy, Tui Na Energy bodywork, and Therapeutic Qigong instruction. Francesca is also an intuitive body worker that is committed to the well being of her clients.
