A wonderful exercise that engages the breath with body movement in a meditative flow. Qigong is a practice that helps cultivate and amplify Qi energy throughout the body. The practice is a root form of Tai-Chi where the forms are easy to follow with slow integrative breath added with each movement. A total of 36 movements are demonstrated within the hour class. Qigong helps with improving body weight balance and easy coordination with body movement.

    Francesca Ciani is a Professional Massage Therapist in New Hampshire. She is a 2006 graduate from The Scherer Institute of Natural Healing in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and licensed as a Massage Therapist in New Hampshire as well. She is further trained and certified for Medical Massage, Cupping Massage, Lymphatic Massage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Tui Na Massage and Energy Bodywork, and Instructor for Therapeutic Qigong Exercise. Francesca is also an intuitive bodyworker that is committed to the well being of her clients. She is further certified for Cranial Sacral therapy, Tui Na Energy bodywork, and Therapeutic Qigong instruction. Francesca is also an intuitive body worker that is committed to the well being of her clients.
